• The second week of each month each yoga class begins 20 minutes early with seated meditation.
• If unable to attend the meditation portion, come a few minutes before class and a mat will be set up for you.

Come walk and explore three different labyrinths in the area. Each evening will begin with a short ritual honoring one of the three different archetypes or phases of a woman's life, maiden, mother, and juicy green crone. The three dates correspond to the phases of the moon, waxing, full, and waning, which correlate to the three archetypes. You need not be a biological mother or in a particular stage to gain insight and wisdom about yourself. The labyrinth is an ancient spiritual tool to guide healing, deepen self-knowledge, and empower creativity. Please bring a flashlight and wear sturdy shoes.
